Eduardo offers a discount to first responders, military and educators. He sets it against the job rather than working from a list, so ask him about it when he comes out to look at the work - mention it up front and it goes into the estimate.
Tell us what it is doing, not just what it is
A few details make the first visit far more useful. Worth mentioning if you can:
- Roughly when the property was built, and what has been done to it since.
- Anything cracking, leaking, peeling or soft to the touch — and whether it has been repaired before and come back.
- Whether it is a house, a rental, or a business that has to stay open.
- The address, so we can confirm it is inside the service area.
What happens after you send this
We get back to you within one business day and set up a time to come out. The visit is free and nothing is attached to it. Eduardo looks at the actual job, works out what has to happen in what order, and tells you what he would do — including when the honest answer is that the house does not need the job you thought it did, or that what it needs first is a repair rather than a remodel.
You get one written quote from that visit, covering the whole job, rather than a figure over the phone. Square footage alone doesn’t tell anyone what condition a property is in, and condition is what decides the work. Photos and rough measurements help, but they aren’t required.
