Most remodels go wrong between the trades, not inside them.
The tile setter blames the framer, the framer blames the plumber, and you are the one holding the schedule together. Here there is one contractor over the whole job, and he is the one who quoted it.
Everything under one contractor
Demolition through paint, plus roofing, concrete and carpentry. You are not project-managing five companies who each blame the last one.
Licensed trades for licensed work
Texas licenses plumbers and electricians. Anaya's Touch works only with licensed subcontractors for that work, and manages them as part of your job.

Read them yourself - the words that repeat are communication, attention to detail, and coming back to make it right.
You deal with the owner
Eduardo Anaya does the estimating and runs the jobs himself. One person, from the quote to the walkthrough - and he answers in English or Spanish.
The ground moves and the sky throws hail
DFW sits on expansive clay that swells in the wet and shrinks in drought, so slabs move and the cracks come back. Add a hail corridor, a hundred-degree summer and a UV load that runs March to November, and a remodel here has to account for things a national contractor’s checklist does not. We will tell you which of your cracks are cosmetic and which are movement — before anyone quotes a repair.

“Our home flooded during an ice storm while we were out of town. All the sheetrock, flooring, cabinets and appliances had to be replaced and the entire home had to be repainted. We also had 3 bathrooms, our fireplace and staircase renovated. Our home is 3200 square feet so this was a major project. Eduardo was highly recommended to us and we're so happy we chose him to complete our renovation. He and his crew were amazing throughout the entire 5 month process.”

“Eduardo and his team came highly recommended to us and didn't disappoint. They first painted our family room and did excellent, quick work with minimal disruptions to our family's rhythms. Secondly they did a built in locker system, dog crates, storage cabinets in our mudroom plus painting and updating our laundry room with a quartz counter and pull out cabinetry.”

“Eduardo and his team did a myriad of work for us at the end of 2024. They repaired cracks in our walls after foundation repairs, repainted the majority of the common areas, and screened in our patio. All of these projects were completed with excellence and attention to detail.”

A to Z renovation services
Paint, drywall, carpentry, flooring, concrete, roofing and full remodels under one contractor - with licensed subcontractors for the plumbing and electrical. One number to call for the whole project.
Licensed trades for licensed work
Texas licenses plumbers and electricians. It does not license general contractors, remodelers or roofers — so here is exactly how that works on your job:
- Licensed subcontractors do the plumbing and electrical, and you can check the licence.
- Permits and inspections are pulled as part of the job, not skipped to save a week.
Ask about it when Eduardo comes out
Eduardo offers a discount to first responders, military and educators. He sets it against the job rather than working from a list, so ask him about it when he comes out to look at the work - mention it up front and it goes into the estimate.
Commercial work, phased around your trading hours
Offices, retail, gyms and restaurants — renovated in phases, on evenings and weekends where the space has to stay open, and cleaned down at the end of every shift rather than the end of the job.
